Shipping policy

FLATE RATE SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT.

YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER & ANOTHER EMAIL WHEN IT IS SHIPPED, WITH TRACKING.

DELIVERY:

Orders will be shipped via USPS standard mailing, which will take approximately 2-3 business days to be delivered (this does not include the processing period). A tracking number will also be sent upon shipment to the email address provided during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

- International orders are shipped via USPS standard international mailing, which will take approximately 7-21 business days to be delivered (this does not include the processing period). International customers will be provided with a customs number that can be used to track orders up until the package leaves US customs.

- International orders 5 pounds and over will be shipped via International Priority mailing, which takes approximately 10 business days to be delivered, and a tracking number will be provided.

- ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.

- All orders are shipped on weekdays. We are closed weekends.
